在工业生产中,干粉物料、颗粒物料和其它干性物料的混合应用极为广泛,在食品、轻工、化工、冶金等现代工业中都需要有对原料或产品进行混合加工的工序,因此应用于干粉化合物、颗粒料及其它干性物料的混合设备非常之多。但在实际的生产中发现,目前使用的许多干性物料混合设备或多或少存在一定的问题:一是混合设备达不到良好的混合效果,在混合料仓中存有死角;二是由于采用金属搅拌桨对物料进行混合时,对物料有很大的摩擦,导致混合后物料的质量的下降,同时也加重了对设备自身的磨蚀;三是通常采用的金属搅拌桨混合的设备能耗高,维修也相当不方便,工人的劳动强度较大。

The Air-Mixer is a pneumatic mixer for fast and gentle mixing and homogenizing of bulksolids

空气混合器是一种气动搅拌器,应用于快速、温和混合均匀散装物料。

It is a discontinuous, pneumatic mixing process for all free flowing bulk solids and bases on theabrupt and complete gyrating of the mixing product by means of gas-jets that are injected at a certainangle into the mixing product.

整个流程为非连续式,气动混合工艺适用于所有自由流动的散装物料,压缩空气以一定的角度喷射进入混合物,使混合物完全翻转混合。

Construction:

The Air-mixer consists of a cylindrical vessel (item 1) which is erected vertically. A mixing unit (item2)which includes a pneumatic operated cone-valve and a control-valve (item 3) ,a mixing valve (item4)and a circular tube (item 5) to distribute the mixing gas. Product entry (item 6) either horizontallyor vertically. An exhaust-air filter (item 7) and overpressure monitoring by the means of a pressureswitch and a mechanical overpressure fuse (item 8). In relation to the gross volume of the mixingvessel the usable mixing volume is about 50-60%, depending on the mixing product.

After filling the mixer and charging the pressure-tank the mixing process is started via a control system.

During this compressed gas is injected into the mixing vessel in pulses ranging from 1 – 10 seconds. Betweenthe pulses are breaks ranging from 1 – 6 seconds. Between 2 – 10 mixing pulses are needed for completemixing, depending on product and the size of the mixer.

期间,压缩空气被喷射至混合料仓的脉冲范围为 1-10 秒。脉冲之间的间隔为 1-6 秒。完全混合物料需要反复 2-10 此的脉冲混合,这将取决于物料和料仓的大小。

The mixing takes between 30 – 180 seconds. After mixing is completed the mixing vessel is emptied throughthe cone-valve at the bottom. After filling the vessel again the next mixing cycle can be started.

The compressed mixing gas from the pressure tank is conducted through a mass-control valve and a mixingvalve for the pulses and then through the ring-tube to the individual nozzles.

压缩罐的压缩混合气体通过一个流量控制阀和一个脉冲混合阀传导,而后,通过环形管路送至各个喷嘴。

In front of the Nozzles there is a non-return valve mounted to prevent product from entering the ring-tube.Through the nozzles that are arranged in a ring and pointing up and sideways the compressed air is injectedinto the product.

在喷嘴前,设有止回阀,以防止物料进入环形管路。通过布置在一个环形管路的管嘴,向上以及向侧面将压缩空气喷射进物料。

The gas expands in the nozzles until it reaches its critical pressure and the speed of sound. The gas expandsin the shape of a cone after the nozzle, mixes with the product and accelerates it in its own moving direction.

压缩空气在喷嘴里膨胀直至到达临界压力和音速。在喷嘴后,压缩空气继续在一个圆锥体里膨胀,混合物料并使其在自身的运移方向加速。

The remaining pressure of the stream of air defines the penetration depth and finally disappears by energy exchange with the product. Because of the direction of the Streams (circular tilted upwards) the product is fluidized and conveyed upwards in the outer section of the mixing vessel.

空气流的剩余压力限定了穿透深度,最终将通过与物料的能量交换而消失。受气流(圆形向上倾斜)方向因素的影响,物料被流化且向料仓上部传送。

In the centre area of the mixing vessel the product is moving downwards and meets the nozzles again at the bottom. Through several mixing pulses the whole product is completely mixed.

在混合料仓的中心区域,锥形阀向下移动,并于底部与喷嘴相连接。通过数次的脉冲动作,物料被完全混合。

The expanded gas exits the mixing vessel through the filter.

膨胀性气体通过过滤器,排出于混合料仓。
