Calculates the Damköhler number Da = k·τ_mix from a first-order reaction rate constant and mixing time, to judge whether a reaction is mixing-limited (Da above 1) or kinetics-limited (Da below 1).
Note: Da ≪ 1: kinetics-limited; Da ≫ 1: mixing-limited — mixing intensity should be increased.
