• Chr. Mayr / R+W couplings: standard sizes in stock — 1–3 business days; special sizes or configurations — 4–8 weeks.
• Urgent/expedited orders: BONAFEI can arrange air freight from European warehouses for critical shutdowns — typically 3–7 business days to China. Additional freight charges apply.

• Send the nameplate photo or existing equipment tag — part numbers are often on the device body or the existing order documentation.
• Provide the equipment model + serial number — BONAFEI engineers cross-reference manufacturer databases to identify the correct spare.
• Describe the application and functional specification (e.g. 'pressure transmitter, 0–10 bar, 4–20 mA, sanitary connection') — BONAFEI can propose the correct part and confirm compatibility.
